    Staffing

Daily Per Diem
Daily staffing offers the opportunity to utilize supplemental staffing on a day-to-day basis. As census vacillates, facilities may request assistance only when absolutely required to meet staffing requirements.

Advanced Booking
Better known as "block scheduling", offers clients and staff the security of knowing vacant shifts are covered, taking the frustration away of having to find coverage at the last minute. Favored by clinicians and managers alike, this solution offers better security in knowing that when the need arises, clinical staff are readily available in order to accommodate the demands of new admissions and safe staffing ratios.

Relief Staffing
Offers relief for permanent staff after long weeks or months of over-extended schedules due to:

•  lengthy overtime requirements
•  special project assignments
•  lengthy on-call schedules
•  unit expansions or departmental transitions

This service aims to assist in prevention of burn-out of permanent staff, often aiding in professional retention of a facility's core staff.

 

     Contracts
          Facilities that plan ahead for their "peak census" months, often find that

          contracting staff is the preferred method of meeting their seasonal demands. 

          There is a great deal of flexibility offered in the terms. Facilities may request short

          term contracts of 4, 6 or 8 weeks, or extended contracted periods to meet their 

          longer term needs. The most commonly desired contract period is for 13 weeks.

      Travel

Travel services deliver experienced, credentialed, and highly skilled professionals directly to the door step of facilities in need. Travelers often are quick to blend in with a facility's professional team and quickly learn how to become an integral part of the of a system's objectives. Travelers are often leaders in their specialties and are expected to be very confident in their skills. What you can expect:

     
    • Assignment ranges vary, but typically 13 weeks or greater
    • We manage all housing and travel arrangements, taking the stress of the "extra's" off of you
    • We cover all professional and liability insurance, including workers compensation, unemployment insurance as well as other related taxes.
    • Licensure assistance is also offered to travel staff.

     Placements
          Our permanent placement services assist in meeting the core of organizations

          long-term needs by searching for permanent placement staff to fill professional

          and management roles within the organization. We offer the following:

 
 

Temp-to-Permanent Placements
When clients wish to employ one of our staff members, we feel that we have done an excellent job in finding the perfect match for their request.  Through our temp-to-perm agreements, clients may elect to offer employment to one of our staff members once they and the staff member have mutually agreed on employment terms. Permanent Placements
Our permanent placement services offer long-term solutions to our clients by searching for permanent staff to fill professional and management roles within the organization. Search requests may be submitted anytime. Upon this request, a contingency agreement will be initiated between both parties and terms will be met up front.

A description of the position, responsibilities, qualifications, and educational requirements of the open position will be requested. Clients may determine if they will offer sign-on bonuses, perks and special offerings as an incentive to attract staff to their community and to their facility. Our company will assist with advertising for the position.
