We value our professional referrals, and consider this one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive.  We understand that as healthcare professionals, you have many choices of places to work, and are honored that you consider our company a great place to work, that you would want to share us with your friends, family and co-workers!

AMS will generously reward you for each qualified referral.  A bonus will be directly paid to you once your referred candidate has become and employee of AMS, and has worked their 5th shift with us!  It’s that simple, so round up your professional colleagues and enjoy your castle in the sand!

Here's How It Works

  • Any healthcare professional who is a current employee may refer a new nurse or other medical professional for employment.  
  • You may contact our office directly, or send the name, address, phone, or email contact information of your referral directly to your AMS Representative.
  • Your referral may list your name on their online application, as their source of how they found us.
  • Once your colleague has become an employee of AMS, and has completed their 5th shift with us, you will become eligible for a referral bonus.
  • If you qualify to receive a referral bonus while you are currently working on assignment with AMS, you will receive your bonus automatically with your current payroll.
  • If you qualify for a referral bonus but are not working on an assignment with AMS at that time, you will be contacted by your AMS Representative to confirm your address before your referral bonus payment is mailed.

Refer-A-Nurse Bonus Eligibility Requirements

  • Referrals can be submitted by you online using our online form, or by a new nurse or medical professional who identifies you as their referrer when applying.
  • To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for AMS (i.e. not already in the AMS database)
  • If you are a current employee or traveler with us, please make sure we have your current contact information as well as your most current mailing address, so that we may make contact with you.  If you are not currently active as an employee with us, make sure your referral submits your complete and up-to-date contact information so we can reach you.
  • To qualify for the bonus, the name and contact information for both you and your referral needs to be included on the application or referral form.
  • You will earn a bonus upon each professional you refer to us, who completes their 5th shift. 
  • Your referral must begin working within one year of the application date that the referral was associated with.  No exceptions.
  • In case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the two candidates. 
  • In the event your new referral lists more than one name as their referral source, the referral bonus will also be split equally between the sources.
