Most everyone has now heard of the dramatic crisis regarding the “Nurse Shortage” across America, and unfortunately the communities with which we all live within, are not immune. 

 It is estimated that by the year 2010, Texas alone will be 75,000 nurses short.
 * (NurseWeek).  The Bureau of Labor Statistics states that more than one million new and replacement nurses will be needed by 2010.  By 2020, the projected RN shortage will be 434,000, and counting. 

The shortage of nurses is not alone.  There are multiple healthcare professions that are equally in short supply in their respective fields. AMS will strive to search for any request, and will take pride in assisting any candidate who is competent in their skills, in matching thier skill with an organization.
